Yummy Pecel Sayur ( Java Salad )

Maybe you often eat salad, but you not yet tried, "JAVA SALAD " or "Pecel Sayur"
how does it feel? Come on, I will let the recipe how to make a delicious vegetable pecel and shake up your tongue.
This is the original food from Indonesia. and very easily found in Magelang :


ingredients :
     250 grams of spinach, take leaves
     250 g bean sprouts, wash the roots
     250 grams of green beans, cut into pieces


for seasoning : 
     350 grams of peanuts, fried, and puree
     4 lime leaves, finely sliced
     2 tablespoons sour water
     300 ml of water
     4 pieces of red chili sauce
     1 clove of garlic
     0.5 cm kencur
     Sliced 3 tbsp brown sugar
     1 tablespoon salt meal


How to make:

Boil all ingredients, not too overcooked. Drain well and set aside.
Mix the finely ground beans with other spices, puree back. Mix with sour water. stir until well blended.
Prepare a serving plate, arrange the vegetables boiled.
Prepare a bowl of chili, melted seasoning sauce, with water.
Put above the vegetables and Serve.
 

(add prawn crackers and it will make pecel be better)
