How to MAKE DELICIOUS ONDE-ONDE

Onde- Onde ? if you go to Indonesia, you certainly know what it onde- onde, is a lot of Indonesian snacks, and this is one of them, spherical, with a small content of of green beans, (the contents of which are relatively in use), served with hot coffee, Steady It feels so !


 

Below is how to make Onde- Onde :

Onde-onde Fill ingredients:

Green beans 250 grams. Discard the skin and then soak in cold water about 4 hours.

  • ½ teaspoon salt.
  • As much as 100 grams of sugar.
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder
To Onde-onde ingredients (outer layer)
  • Glutinous rice flour 500 grams.
  • rice powder 75 grams

  • Mature warm water approximately 150 milliliters.
  • White sesame of approximately 200 grams or taste.

    How to make Onde-onde part of the contents:
    •    After the green beans soaked, then boiled with water until it is ripe and soft.

Yummy Pecel Sayur ( Java Salad )

Maybe you often eat salad, but you not yet tried, "JAVA SALAD " or "Pecel Sayur"
how does it feel? Come on, I will let the recipe how to make a delicious vegetable pecel and shake up your tongue.
This is the original food from Indonesia. and very easily found in Magelang :


ingredients :
     250 grams of spinach, take leaves
     250 g bean sprouts, wash the roots
     250 grams of green beans, cut into pieces


for seasoning : 
     350 grams of peanuts, fried, and puree
     4 lime leaves, finely sliced
     2 tablespoons sour water
     300 ml of water
     4 pieces of red chili sauce
     1 clove of garlic
     0.5 cm kencur
     Sliced 3 tbsp brown sugar
     1 tablespoon salt meal


How to make:

Boil all ingredients, not too overcooked. Drain well and set aside.
Mix the finely ground beans with other spices, puree back. Mix with sour water. stir until well blended.
Prepare a serving plate, arrange the vegetables boiled.
Prepare a bowl of chili, melted seasoning sauce, with water.
Put above the vegetables and Serve.

How to Make Tempe Goreng (Fried Tempe ) Crispy and Practical

Tempe is the stuff that is very simple and easy to find in Indonesia, with a a cheap price of Rp. 500-1000. In other countries, tempe from Indonesia and even price until Rp.50.000 / pack. Very expensive!

This time I will write about, how to make a simple fried tempe / Tempe Goreng (basically tempe can be processed in a million ways, I will write another time). how to make fried tempe/ Tempe Goreng are as below:




The material must be prepared to make TEMPE GORENG:
  •      1 piece tempe, cut into thin
  •      100 gr flour
  •      1.5 tbsp rice flour
  •      1 egg
  •      1 leek, thinly sliced (if you not like it, forget it)
  •      2 cloves garlic,
  •      salt and bouillon powder
  •      ½ tsp coriander
  •      and of course cooking oil  
HOW TO MAKE TEMPE GORENG: 
  • Blend the garlic and coriander and put in a bowl
  • Combine all ingredients, mix until batter smooth.
  •  Dip the tempe into the batter with flour and fry in hot oil in until done. (If you like tempe is not too dry, it's not a problem)
  •  Drain and serve.
    Serve with fresh chilli, soy sauce or chili sauce.

How to Make Nasi Goreng ( simple step )

Hello, this is my new blog in it about Indonesia food recipes.
For the first, I will write recipe about how to make fried rice ( NASI GORENG) . Have you ever been to Indonesia? You must know about this Indonesian food. Yeaah,, white rice fried with seasonings typical of Indonesia .



 And this simple recipe

Basic materials needed:
- 500 grams of white rice
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
 


For seasoning:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 6 spring onions
- 3-5 red chilies, or according to taste
- Salt to taste
- 
Add the pepper and hazelnut (to taste)


How To Make:
1. Blend all ingredients fried rice first.
2. Saute the spice
which has mashed up fragrant (do not wait too dry so not tastes bitter).
3. Put the eggs and scrambled until slightly undercooked
4. and then Insert white rice, and stir until blended.
5. enter the tomato sauce, soy sauce, and then stir until blended.
5. Lift and nasi goreng ready to serve.
